From Vision to Reality: The Birth of Sugo Hospitality

Sugo Hospitality was born from a shared passion for exceptional dining and the desire to bring bold, modern Italian experiences to Southeast Asia. Co-founders Luca Maselli and Chef Filippo arrived in Bangkok in January 2024, quickly immersing themselves in the city’s dynamic culinary scene.

In the first few months, Sugo established its presence by hosting exclusive dining events, including:
🍽️ Blonde Riviera – A three-month Italian dining takeover in Kuala Lumpur.
🍷 Unscene Wine Bar – A two-night Italian Kitchen Takeover in Bangkok.
🎨 Gigi Dining Hall – A showcase of colorful, modern Italian cuisine.
👨‍🍳 The Food School – A hub for menu development, catering, and live cooking experiences.

Bringing Sugo Pizza & Pasta to Life

By July 2024, Sugo Hospitality launched its first full-scale concept: Sugo Pizza & Pasta by Café Eiffel, in partnership with Siam Sindhorn. Nestled in Velaa Sindhorn Village, this vibrant eatery brings together authentic wood-fired pizzas, fresh handmade pasta, and high-quality ingredients, all within a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the heart of modern Italian dining.
